Finding our calm. Indeed, now more than ever.

Have you observed lately how our inner dialogue toggles between the light and darkness? Or, between more chaotic and less chaotic? Rarely does it toggle between calm and calmer. A worthy pursuit.

At times, we recognize when we have discovered peace, but not always how we got there. How can we replicate these moments when we need them most? How can we generate our inner calm at will?

Observing our moments of inner peace helps make them more familiar to us. For some, it is through a good run, for others, a good read and for others just having some alone time to slow our breathing down and connect within. It is in the fertile soil of stillness, that our best Self awaits.

Take time each day to experience your moments of inner calm. Make note of what delivered you to them. This is not a selfish act but rather an act of individual wellness benefitting all those around you, making the world a more peaceful place.
